Shoulders and elbows dropped

In practice we did the set twice. On the second,  (tailbone down a given),  emphasis on dropping the shoulders and elbows, that the elbows are dropped most of the time, not sticking out or lifted,  relaxed.  Note to remember shoulders as a point to practice.

Myron was already there when I showed up at 5:28, he says,  hurting all over from working out while recovering from a back re-injury.  I am feeling the lingering punishment of work and stress myself, in, where else?, my back.
